Rental Owners

This is the right place to list and rent your apartment in Amsterdam with a small commission fee (20%/12%) or year fixed fee and get reservations. The website is actually a beta release totally WordPress Based so if you are young / smart and get friendly with social network / blogging and micro blogging you should be able to manage apartments accommodations reservations and calendars.
What you have to do it’s just to register and setup an account and start to get the advantage of this Booking system.

Commission fees

We negotiate affiliation and commission fees only with private contact (commission fee start from 10% and it’s based on rental properties number listed here). Registration is free, after registration you will be contacted from the staff to establish the relationship with us.

How we get commission

Commission is the advance fee and we get it at the moment of booking confirmation, customers book paying by paypal the exact commission fee directly to our account

Yearly subscription

Another option is to pay an yearly subscription fee’s and get directly to your paypal account payments but it’s still not implemented (you have to enable IPN into your paypal account). In that cas you can decide how much to get directly to  your paypal account. Also you can ask for entire price if the holidays is really near the current date. Actually we are still working on yearly subscriptions so it’s not still possible.

Admitted accommodations

All accommodations are admitted: apartments, canal house, houseboat bed and breakfast, shared rooms, hotel and hostel. Owner are responsible for their content and their behaviour, so this website does not respond on bad behaviour, the only thing we can do is remove owners if their behaviour will bad. Customers can send us an email if a problem will be encountered at amsterdamtorent(at)gmail.com

Quality

Amsterdamrentapartments wants to be sure about property quality (details not scraped from other sites, good pictures, prices) so after registration before to publish your property, there will be a selection from our staff, and if there is no quality (bad pictures, bad and too short description), your apartments will not be published.
